FIRE AT SEA.
PASSENGERS SAVED. Received January 13, 9.10 a.m. London, January 12. The steamer Vittoria, bound to Genoa from Buenos Ayres with a cargo Of sulphur, caught fire at sea and had to be scuttled. There were "423 passengers on board, and they were all landed at Alicante, in Spain.
