NEW ZEALANDER CHOSEN FOR A PROFESSORSHIP. [by teleqrafh.] Wellington, AVednesday. The Victoria College Council were sitting all the evening debating the appointments to tho professorial chairs. That of Classics wes given to Mr J. Brown, of Glasgow, and Mathematics to Mr R. C.
