PRIVATE INTERVIEW WITH PICQUART.
HIS TREATMENT. Beceived January IS, 1 a.m. Paris, January 11. M. Beaurepaire complains that MM. Bard and Loew had a private interview with Colonel Picquart, and ordered him hot grog. They treated him with greater consideration than they did the Generals. M. do Blowitz, Paris correspondent of The Times, states that M. Beaurepaire's relations with his colleagues have long been strained.
