TROUBLE IN STORE FOE TnE EEPUBLIC. FRESH COMPLICATIONS LIKELY. Received January 11, !» a.m. London, January 10. M. de P.lowitz, I-'aris correspondent of The Tihies, writes io that journal very disquieting news. Ho says that all present indications point to tho conclusion that tho Kepublic has a hard lime in store, even if it manages to survive. Ho adds that of all the scandals connected with tho Dreyfus case, that of M. Beaurepaire's resignation from tho Court of Cassation is the greatest. The Daily Nevj*, commenting upon tho situation, says it is clear that Beaurenaire's manoeuvring is intended to involve tlio Government in fresh complications.
