DIVORCE.
Wellington, Friday. The divorce case Soler v, Soler was contlnaed to-day. The evidence this afternoon was confined to that of female and molfl servants who had been In the employ of the co-respondent, Tnoker, at bis hotel in Maaterton, whore Mrs Soler was engaged an housekeeper! their testimony being chiefly in the direction that Mrs Solei'H oondnct lv the hotel appeared to be more than that of a servant. Ono female noivant deposed that on ono occasion sbo saw respondent sad corespondent nnder circumstances whioh : suggested to her mind nndne familiarity. Some of the witnesses deposed that Mrs Soler was in the habit of entering Tuckei's room while- be was dressing withont knocking, bat at the same time' they admitted they saw no familiarity. Very little of Importance was adduced to-day, and at 5 o'clook the Courb edjonrned nntil morning, There are still a large nnmber of witnesses to be examined.
