AUCKLAND SUPREME COURT.
Auckland, Wednesday, At the Supremo Court criminal sessions Joseph Teizloff, charged with the abductlon of Agnes Baxter, pleaded pnllty. The father and the girl were called by hie Honor, and the first named said he wan agreeable to the marriage of the girl and the prisoner, and eaid they were willing to marry. His Honor said that under the olroamßtanoea he would order tbo prisoner to enter into his own recognisance of £25 to appear on Monday next for lentence. If he brought a marriage certificate he would be discharged, Max Levy ' pleaded guilty to four counts of forgery and uttering. His Honor said the prisoner had placed a most extraordinary document Id bli hands In mitigation ol the offence. Prisoner admitted he bad been uonvioted for a large number of similar offences hi Sydney until he had made that colony too hot for htm. Then be came over here and commenced committing a number of similar offences. Hla Honot noticed from ft return before htm (which prisoner admitted to bo correct) that it waa only some time in March when he was released after three years' imprisonment In Sydney. A eon ten cc of thtoe years' bard iabor was Inflicted.
