WAwoANPr, Friday. The first half-yearly meetlog of the Dhtriot Grand Lodge of Druids /or tbe North Island commenced to-d iy. Representatives were present as follows :— Messrs Mackey, Wellington, D G.P. ; Jennings, Auckland; Reid, Totara; Morgan, Wanganui ; Sykeß, W.ODKannl j Hogerson, Oroua ; Thompson, Blenheim ; Hubble, Toranganui ; Soadden, Wellington ; M'Kenna, Patea ; Thompson, Marton ; Blolst, Horowhenua j Gardner, Otaii. Division of districts was made as follows:— (1.) Wbole of Wairarapa from Eketahuna to Featheratoa ; (2 ) from Kaitokl on one aide to Paikakarikl on the other side ; (3 ) from Bunny thorpe to Momokakl ; (4 ) from Waverle^"ta New Plymouth ; (5 ) Auckland, tbe Distiict f.eiidenb having power to opeo lodge* in tbe district ; (6 ) Gislurne district; (7 ) Marlborough district ; (8.) Nelson district ; (9.) Hawka's Bay dis trict. District presiderifri were elected as followa: — (1.) Bn. C«ey ; (2.) Bro. White; (3) Bro. Girdlnei : (5.) Bid. Hamerton ; (6.) Bro, Jennings ; (7.) Bio. Stnbble; (8.) Bro. Thompson. Nos. 4, 9, and 10 were not appoioted. The District! Grand Secretary's report showed that tbe district was formed in Febraary last, and comprised eleven lodes, with en aggregate membership of 562, since which time two new ones bed been opened, making 13 lodges with an aggregate roll of 639, or an addition of 77 members in five months The roeetiDg adjourned for a banquet at 0.30, and resumes in the morning.
