Friday evening. The Hawke's Bay Fanners' Co-operativo Association, Limited, report as follows :— Wo held a clearing salo at Meanee of Mr John Scnllin'B etook on Wednesday last, and had what we can safely say a very satisfactory sole. The day was perfect, and the attendance was large and representative and bidding was moat spirited, especially for the dairy Btook, the cows being in nice condition. We offered 16 head, and prices ranged from £4' ss to CIO, giving an average of £6 Is each. Trap horses made to £11 5s, draughts £13 5s to £16 10s. Figs : 1 bow litter of 10 fo 103,3-monthß-old Btnbbers 17s 6d each, breeding sows up to £2 12s 6d, 1 boar fil. About 150 pair fowls 3a 9d pei pair, 18 pair ducka Is per pair, 30 tona - potatoes made £1 3s per ton, Btack oaten chaff £8 10a. Implements: 1 potato lifter 12s 6d, 1 eet dlso harrows £8 10s, D.F, plough £8 15s. S.F. ditto 12s 6d, potati moulder 61 155. 4-loa£ zig-zag harrows £4 ss, 1 largo hay rake £13 155, grindstone £1 Ss, express waggon £18 10a, BprlngcarteH,raowiDgmaoliino£B. A largo quantity of harness, sundries, and the whole of the household furniture and effects sold wellto keen competition. The following day we offered Mr ScnUin's two properties in Hastings. Lot 1, consisting of {-acre section — with 3-roomed cottage in 8t Aubyn-etreet Bold for £123, Lot 2, J-acre, with 3-roomed coitage thereon, Lyndon-road, £75.
