AUSTRIA.
(Received December^, 2.45 p.m.l Vienna, December 18. A special council of Austrian-Hungarian Ministers was held yesterday to discuss the attitude of Russia in maintaining troops on the Galician frontier. It was decided by the council to devote the sum of twenty million florins towards the purchase of the equipment for hutting the troops in Galicia, but it was not deemed necessary to increase the forces stationed on the frontier unless the Russian troop 3 now mas3ed there were reinforced.
