RUSSIA.
St. Petersbueo, December 6. Two persons have been arrested at Moscow on suspicion of being connected with the recent attempt made on the Czar's life. Several words previously omitted in transmission show that the railroad to Moscow had been tunnelled, and the explosion was fired as the Imperial train passed over.
