THE GOODWILL OF LEASE (18 years to run) of the MATAKOA RUN, situated at Hicks Bay, East Coast, containing 3,049 Acres of First-clasa Hilly and .Mat Land, together with about 2600 Half-bred Sheep 4 Working Bullocks 10 Head of Cattle and Horses Also, 6-Roomed Dwelling House, W shed, Sheep-yards, Whaleb Implements, &c, &c.
