HOADLEY & LYON Have been favored with instructions from Mr Josrph Price, who is leaving for Peverty Bay, to sell by public auotion, on the above date, at their rooms, Emersonstreet, the following VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTIES :— POHUl— Rural Section No. 102, containing 76 acres, being most totara bush of the best description, from which a large income can be derived for some years, the demand for totara in this district being so much greater than the supply. This property is intersected by a fine stream of water, affording means of rafting any quantity of timber into the Mangaone river, and thence by Tutaekuri to Meanee &c, &c.
