Sydney, February 11. Arrived— Rotorua, after a passage of 4 days 19 hours. Wbllikgton, February 11. Arrived — H.M.S. gunboat Conflict, from Sydney. She will stay here about ten days, and then proceed to Auckland. The Underwriters' Association report from Melbourne that the following vessels had arrived at London on the 29th January : — Gladstone and Harlaw, from Sydney ; Ben Cruachan, from Geelong ; and Lieutenant, from Brisbane. Sailed at 5 p.m., Kiwi for Napier. Passenger B— Mr and Mrs Sutherland, Mrs Neavy, Messrs Weston, M'Leod, Sinclair, M'Leod, Mrs Weston, Mrs Anderson, Capt. Wavley, and ten steerage. Lyttelton, February 11. , Sailed — Opawa, for London, with 40 passengers, and a cargo of wool, wheat, and tallow, valued at £85,000 ; Glenlora, with passengers, and a cargo valued at £62,000.
