The s.s. Jane Douglas will probably take her departure for Port Chalmers this morning. The s.s. Result and the p.s. Manaia are still detained in port awaiting better news with reference to the bar at the Wairoa before leaving for that place. The s.s. Rotorua leaves Wellington for this port to-morrow, and will arrive here on Monday morning.
