Arrival of the ketch. Wild Duck.
The ketch, Wild Duck, Martin, master, left Napier for Poverty Bay on the 14th, and arrived at her destination nest day, the 15tb, having had a good southerly wind. Did not enter the river on arrival, owing to the heavy sea on, but went in nest day, the 16th. Discharged cargo, took in fruit for Napier, and. left Poverty Bay for Napier and the coast on the 23rd. Called at Whaugawei next day, the 24th, and left that place on the 27th, with one or two passengers. Arrived in the Ahuriri roads at 2 a.m. on the 29th, and entered the Iron Pot at noon,
