DISCOVERY OF HAU HAU TRACKS. qn Tuesday last tracks were discovered about the graves of the Hau Haus who were killed in the attack on Mohaka pah in April last. The bodies had been buried about three miles from Mohaka. The Hauhaus came, ifc is believed, foi the purpose of disinterring the bones of a Uriwera chief named "Pairau te Rangi Kai lipuake," who was among the killed afc that time, and removing the same to their own country.
