SHEEP AND SCAB.
The Sheep and Scab Act, as it passed all stages but the final one in the late session of the Provincial Council, has recently been reprinted, with the addition of the several schedules. The object of so reprinting it, is, we presume, that it may be carefully considered before next session of the Provincial Council ; but, whatever the object, we take the opportunity of again placing it, in the columns of the Herald, under the notice of sheepfarmers and others interested in legislation of this character.
