COMMERCIAL INTELLIGENCE.
At Mr. John Stuart's sale of oattle yesterday, at the Meanee Yards, the following- was the_ 'result :— Cows, from £3 to £5 2s. 6d. ; steers/ £& 155., and heifers and calves, £2 and 395. respectively. 38 head sold, and, considering the quality, prices were very fair. Messrs. Smith, Peacock & Co. sold a mob of oattle same day, but have not yet reported prioes, whioh we believe were very good.
