WEST INDIES.
The revolution in Hayti is reported as still continuing. No President has yet been elected. General Victorine has proceeded to St. Marce with troops and caution to oppose Salnave. Havana advices state that all branches of trade in Cuba are in a very critical condition, and that great financial distress prevails. Many failures have taken place among the bankers, merchants, and - planters.
