MISCELLANEOUS.

The schooner Henry, Oapt. Baxter, was off the entrance on Monday afternoon, but oould not get in, the wind blowing right out. On Tuesday, as the gale increased, the Henry put to sea, and has, we trust, been riding oora« fortably in Wangawehi during the gale. The Star of the South, which left for Tologa Bay on Saturday night, -with a load of sheep, and whioh, under ordinary ciroum'stances, would have returned on Tuesday, has not yet made her appearance. The late gale fully accounts for her detention ; we have yet to learn whether she got up in time to land her sheep before it oatne on. The Jason is loading with wool for Lyttelton, and will probably leave on Mouday next. The sohoohers Donald M'Lean and Success both went to sea yesterday afternoon — the former to Poverty Bay, and 'the latter to Lyttelton, with wool.
