The bell will be rung quarter of an hour before eaoh race. Three horses to start in eaoh race, or no public money will be given. Second horse to save his stake in each race when publio money is given, except the consos lation. All entries to be made under sealed cover, and to be addressed to the Secretary, at the Masonic Hotel, Napier, on or before Wednesday, 26fch February, 1867, not later than 4 p.m. Age and description of horses, and colours of riders, to be stated at time of entry.
