THREE YEARS’ PROBATION
BREAKING, ENTERING, THEFT. JURY’S RECOMMENDATION. (By Telegraph—-Press Association.) NAPIER, To-day. Taking into consideration the recommendation of the jury, Mr Justice Reed in the Supreme Court this morning sentenced William James Ta.it, aged 24, to three years’ probation on two charges of breaking, entering and theft.
