QUADRANGULAR TOURNEY TARANAKI’S FIRST WIN (By Telegraph—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, To-day. The sixth annual quadrangular primary schools’ Rugby tournament between Taranaki, Horowkenua, Hutt Valley and Rangitikei representative teams opened this morning. Hutt Valley outclassed the lighter Horpwhenua team by 31 points to nil, and Taranaki 14 beat Rangitikei 3.
