PRISONERS SENTENCED
WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 22. The. following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Blair:— George Diack, for theft as a servant, two years’ reformative detention. Francis Xavier Toohill, for 'breaking, entering and theft, three years’ imprisonment. William-Campbell Wilson, for breaking, entering and. theft, three years’ imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. . Alfred Jeffrey, for breaking, ,entering and theft, five years’ imprisonment, and declared an habitual -criminal.
