PROPOSED BALLOT IN ENGLAND SOVIET AND PEACE POLICY (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Oopyngbto MOSCOW, Aug. 22. The Communist International congress dissolved in the early hours of the morning after adopting a proposal for a ballot in Britain on the question of the Soviet and its peace policy on the same lines as the League of Nations Union’s ballot. The final speech was made by M. Dimitroff, who was acquitted in the Reichstag fire trial and is now a leading Soviet politician, who launched a new official slogan: “Wo Communists must not disdain the tactics of the wooden horse of Troy.” M. Dimitroff has been the ■' main mouthpiece of this new form of Communist propaganda abroad. Delegates from G 5 nations rousinglv cheered M. Dimitroff’s call to prepare for a vietorious world proletarian revolution.
