REEVE DEFEATS JACOBS (By Telegraph—Press Association,; WELLINGTON, Aug. 22. More forceful boxing won for Harold Reeve, Pahiatua, his professional middleweight boxing match of 10 rounds with Era. Jacobs, Wellington, in the Town Hall to-night. Reeve attacked practically throughout and, though some of his punching was erratic, he scored more frequently and strongly than Jacobs. Reeve weighed 11.7 and Jacobs 11.12.
