PROGRAMME OF REFORM
YUGOSLAVIAN CABINET (United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph Copyright). BELGRADE, June 27. The Yugoslavian Cabinet is preparing an extensive programme of reform for presentation to Parliament on July 4. It includes an electoral change, substituting a system based on that of Britain for the present system of party monopoly.
