APPOINTMENT NOT FINALISED. MR JUSTICE JOHNSTON LIKELY. (By Telegraph— Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 23. Although it is freely stated at Wellington and other centres that Mr Justice Johnston, of Christchurch,' will be appointed president of the Court of Review to deal with mortgagors liabilities under the Rural Mortgagors Final Adjustment Act, the actingPrime Minister, the. Hon. E. A- Ransom said to-day in reply L-:> an inquiiy that the question had not yet been finalised and that an announcement would not be made for some days.
