LARGE SCALE MIGRATION
MOVEMENT TO DOMINIONS. EXPECTED WITHIN FIVE YEARS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright). LONDON, April 22. Government experts, says the “Daily Express’ ” political correspondent, believe a large scale migration to the Dominions is likely to be resumed within five years. Emigration on the pre-war scale of 300,000 a year is envisaged when prosperity returns, and the Dominions have already made it clear that they will want British migrants and desire that migration should be on scientific lines.
