Lamoreux, to-day published in a local newspaper in his constituency the text of an alleged secret treaty concluded between Germany and Poland in February,. under which the two countries promise to combine (their military, economic and financial resources po repulse an unprovoked assault:. Poland guarantees the freedom of the passage or German troops through its territory' for the purpose of repulsing provocation from the east or north-east. - Germany guarantees the inviolability of the Polish frontiers. Poland undertakes not to make any decision without consulting Germany. The treaty, it Is alleged, remains in force for two years and is automatically renewable for the same-period unless it is denounced six months before its expiry. . a.
