Rockets to be Shot 200 Miles into the Air “ELECTRICAL BRAINS” {United Press Association—By Etoctrio Telegraph Copyright!. LONDON, March 4. Received 11 a.m. to-day. The Guardian’s Moscow correspondent says that rockets shot 200 miles into the air by powerful charges of liquid oxygen are the latest plan to penetrate the stratosphere. The rockets will be equipped with * * electric brains” from automatic registering instruments for observing and recording phenomena in the different strata. When the rocket reaches its ceiling a parachute, automatically opening, will float, the instruments to earth.
