The championship hand contest was continued to-day and last evening. Owing to weather conditions, it was held in the Theatre Royal. The weather has now cleared off. Results are:
E flat tenor horn solo.—C. S. Wood (Taranaki) 90. points, 1; H. Parsonage (Port Nicholson) 89 points 2; P. Abraham (Timaru) 88 points, 3.
