Copyright). Received II a.m. to-day. TOKIO, Feb. 20. Mr. AA'ang Ching AA T ei, the Chinese Foreign Minister, riaid a lonii visit to Mr. Hirota, the Japenese Foreign Minister. It is understood that they amicably discussed the possibilities of an economic rapprochement. Mr. Wang AVei expressed the opinion to pressmen that China is willing for a closer economic co-operation with Japan, based upon full mutual benefit and equality and the removal of implements to good relations, but at present it was somewhat premature to get concrete results. Ho added that Japan and China were sisters. It there was a prolonged struggle they would be the world’s laughing stock. Asiatics must control affairs in Asia.
