LONDON LOAN CONVERSION
COUNTY COUNCTI/S SAVING (British Official Wireless ) RUGBY, Jan. 3. At a special meeting the London County Council agreed to an issue of £10,000,000 of stock at 2J per cent, to replace £10,000,000 of 34 per cent, stock which is estimated will save the council £68,000 a year during the next 35 years.
