ALLEGED CAUSE OF DEATH
NEGLIGENT DRIVING -CHARGE ■FAILURE TO STOP (By Telegraph—Press Association.)-' WELLINGTON, May 2. A sequel to a motor accident at Glenside, near Johnsonville, on January 13 was heard at the Magistrate’s Court today when Cyril Joan 'Sffeer was charged with negligently driving a motor-lorry, thereby causing the death of George Kermode. Steer was further charged with failing to stop and render assistance and report to tne nearest police station. After evidence haa -been heard he was committed for trial at the next sessions of the Supreme Court.
