QUOTAS BEING REQUESTED. FURTHER PLANTING REDUCED. (United Press Association —By EU-ctrio Telegraph OopvmrHt.> LONDON, April 29. The Rubber Growers’ Association announces a regulation agreement signed and submitted to the Governments of producing countries, with a request for it s enactment. The objective of the regulation is to ensure an adequate supply at economic prices, the Governments to appoint delegates to an international committee to allotexport quotas for the period to the end of 1938. Further planting is prohibited and replanting is limited to one-fifth.
