James Perry, who figured in the finger print evidence ease in the Supremo Court to-day was found not guilty on two charges of breaking, entering and theft, but the jury returned a verdict of guilty on a. 'charge of breaking and entering with the intention of committing theft and on charges of receiving a diamond ring and a wristlet watch, knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained. \
The judge said he thought the verdict was sensible. . He remanded the prisoner for sentence.
