APPEAL 'COURT DECISION (By Telegraph—Tress Association.! WELLINGTON, April 12. In giving judgment on. a nullity action in connection with which an appeal was heard Jby it last month the Court of Appeal to-day held that the well-known rule in Russell v. Russell, which forlbids a husiband or wife to give evidence which may tend to make illegitimate the issue of the marriage was applicable to the nullity suit in question, and was not confined in its operation to divorce suits.
