LAYING OF FOUNDATION STONE. LORD BL EDI SLOE TO' OFFICIATE. *By . Association.) WELLINGTON, April 13. Lord Rlcdisloe to-morrow afternoon lays the foundation stone of the Dominion Museum and art gallery. Addresses will be made by the Atayor (Mr Hislop) who is deputy chairman of the board of trustees, and the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, Alinister of Finance, representing the Government in (the absence- of the Rt. Hon. G. W. Fbrbes, P. Fraser, M.P., and Air G. R. Troup, chairman of the building and finance committee. A ceremonial 'trowel will bo presented to Lord Bledisloe by the Government. There will be a recital .n the carillon.
