The “Dispatch” says that “Stamp out graft” is a warning the Afinistry of Health has sent to municipal authorities throughout Britain, following an investigation into councillors’ alleged acceptance of presents, not always money, from contractors. It is alleged that "it was discovered that councillors were giving highly paid jobs to relatives.
