Moffatt. said he was entirely m agreement with the reasons given by Mr Goo. Page for his resignation from the chairmanship of the local unemployment committee. There had been unfair treatment of the smaller centres by the board, and there wais a feelinpr that. local committees were becoming merely a buffer between the board and workers.
