The “Daily Telegraph’s Moscow correspondent says that Bimitroff, who was one of the accused at the Reichstag fire trial, has been appointed as a professor of Soviet law at the Moscow University. . A Berlin message says it is officially stated that Torgler, the German among the five accused at the trial, will not be released in order to avoid establishing a precedent that would involve the release of a thousand others interned for the protection of , the State. Torgler’s companions, three Bulgarians, were recently released, and the fifth acicused, Man der Lnbbe, was executed.
