MONTHLY STRATFORD SALE. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd., Stratford, reports having held the usual monthly auction sale of wool oddments, sheepskins, hides, etc., on Tuesday. Nine buyers were in attendance and competition all around was keen. Prices for wool and sheepskins showed a further rise, also hides in many cases, but calfskins showed a decline.
