RUGBY, Sept. 28. 1 The declaration of the British Foreign Secretary, Sir John Simon, at Geneva yesterday, in opposition to any ■ further adjournment of the Disannalinent Conference, is the subject of favourable comment at London. 1 Conversations among statesmen in Geneva arc still proceeding in the endeavour to clear away obstacles and prepare for shaping the draft convention into a form most likely to meet the present situation'.
