LOST BELL OF EMDEN

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 23 Reported stolen from the Australian War Memorial Museum, the bell of the German warship Emden is being sought here the police disclosed ton ght. Tliev are checking incoming vessel, stating that Mr W. H. Childs,l Police Commissioner at Sydney, has eouested a search. A German known as Chailes Knolmel is believed to nave taken the bell, the police stated.
