CHANGES OF PORTFOLIOS, APPROVAL OF GOVERNOR, (By Telegraph--Pi«ss Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. A supplementary Gazette to-night announces that the Governor-General (Lord Bledisloe); lias accepted the resignation of Mr W. Dovvnie Stewart from the Cabinet and has appointed the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes AttorneyGeneral, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates Minister of Finance, Customs and 'Stamp Duties, and the Hon. J. A. Young Minister of Internal Affairs in place of the Hon. Adam Hamilton.
