LONDON, Jan. 29. “All rubbish” is Mr. Ramsay MncDonald’s comment on a Sunday newspaper’s story that Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Stanley 7 Baldwin are dealing with the Roosevelt debt invitation without consulting the Cabinet. Mr. Baldwin might go to Washington again, added ilr. MacDonald.
