Zila on behalf of the Medical Research Council shows that Australian and New Zealand butter can undergo a temperature of 10 to 20 degrees Fahrenheit without impairing its taste and nutritiveness, and it equals the best European. The report emphasises that if there were a wider consumption or margarine reinforced by good butter or vitamins rickets would largely disappear from the British artisarj class.
