BUILDING IN BRITAIN
REVIVAL OF ACTIVITY. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Jan. 26. The Alinistry of Labour Gazette reveals that the value of new buildings, including houses, approved in 140 towns in Britain in the last three months of 1932 was £19,015,000. This figure compares with £13,000,00 for the corresponding period of the previous year and £150,000 lower than in the second quarter of 1929, when the building boom was at its height-.
