The authorities are not satisfied! with excuses offered by four Soviet whalers for entering the prohibited port at'the Bonin Islands, and the vessels were brought to Yokohama, under a naval escort.
Besides the crew there were several suspicion;, persons aboard. They will be examined by the metropolitan police.
